Returns allowed within 14 days upon receipt. Please email contact@soydelicious.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with original packaging. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box using padding materials to protect the products and include a copy of your invoice. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via FedEx, USPS, or Parcel Post insured. Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.
